Construction of pile foundations
We construct micropiles, CFA, FDP, screw piles.
Micropiles
Micropiles are small diameter piles of various structures with a cross-sectional diameter not exceeding 300 mm. Construction of micropiles is carried out in accordance with EN 14199. The micropile can be filled with cement suspension (up to 300 mm in diameter) or concrete (from 300 mm in diameter).
Micropile reinforcement options:
- ARCO catalogue of self-drilling anchor reinforcement (d=32 mm to 114 mm) (at design);
- Steel pipe;
- Reinforcing cage.
CFA piles
CFA (Continuous Flight Auger) piles are drilling piles made on site according to the technology with soil removal by drilling the ground with a hollow, continuous auger drill. The obtained borehole is filled with ready-mixed concrete and reinforcement is placed in it.
CFA pile reinforcement options:
- Reinforcing cage;
- Pipe;
- Double T profile.
FDP
FDP (Full Displacement Piles) are drilling piles made on site according to the technology without soil removal by drilling the ground with a device intended for ramming of the existing soil. The obtained borehole is filled with ready-mixed concrete and steel reinforcement is placed in it.
FDP reinforcement options:
- Reinforcing cage;
- Pipe;
- Double T profile.
