Pile testing
In the static test of piles, the pile is subjected to static axial and lateral loads in order to check the compliance of the actual load-bearing capacity of the piles with the load-bearing capacity of the piles provided for in the construction design. The static test of the piles is carried out according to the developed test programme, it uses a hydraulic jack with a cylinder and the measurements are performed with verified micrometers.
The pile integrity test is carried out using ultrasonic method. The method is intended for quality control of constructed piles. Using this method, it is possible to control the integrity of the piles and detect the presence of defects without destruction of the pile. The method can also be used to determine the length of existing, previously constructed piles.
